Faulty Items

Our products are handmade and crafted from natural rattan by talented artisans, therefore they will have some imperfections, making each individual piece unique.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@bohemiacollective.co and we will investigate for you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Do not sign for your item until you have checked for damages. Once you have signed for your item, we can not claim for damages with the courier / trucking company.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
